Savory Green Smoothie
- 1 cup Spinach / Chard / Kale
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 medium/large cucumber, with skin, chopped
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Small handful of parsley, basil, rosemary or herb of your preference (optional)
- 1 Tbsp of high-quality olive oil (preferably organic & cold-pressed)
- ¼ Tsp pink Himalayan or high-quality sea salt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds (freshly ground at home)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 cup filtered or spring water
- Prep and wash all produce.
- Blend and serve.
