Savory Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach / Chard / Kale
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 medium/large cucumber, with skin, chopped
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Small handful of parsley, basil, rosemary or herb of your preference (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp of high-quality olive oil (preferably organic & cold-pressed)
  • ¼ Tsp pink Himalayan or high-quality sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  •  1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds (freshly ground at home)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 cup filtered or spring water
  1. Prep and wash all produce.
  2. Blend and serve.
