"12-months ago I joined the program with the singular goal of losing weight. I had used dietitians and nutritionists before with no success. Peter, however, was different. Instead of solely focusing on diet or exercise, Peter helped me gain a more holistic understanding of how I could improve my lifestyle: from dealing with stress at school, improving my quantity and quality of sleep, and ensuring that I adopted a lifestyle that would make me happy. "Before I met Peter, I was a very nervous and stressed out swimmer who couldn’t find a way to express how I truly felt about the sport. There was a disconnect, a stressor, an unknown factor that prevented me from truly loving the sport of swimming and pursuing my dream of being a karate/martial arts master.
