"Working with Peter was probably one of the best decisions that I could have made. The championship swim meet during my final college season was the best meet of my life – I got lifetime best times in every event I swam and I made it back to finals every night. Additionally, I just feel so much better now than I did six months ago. I like how I look and I have a more positive mindset & view of myself. I feel stronger and healthier. Although Peter would say I did the work, I do owe a lot of my success to Peter. He is very supportive and he is so easy to talk to, that it made working with him enjoyable. He gave me the tools that I needed to succeed and to change my life. I have lost fifteen pounds and you can see that if you were to look at me. However, I feel so much better. I am more mindful of what I eat and what I do, and I feel much happier and healthier. I have recommended him to several people and I will continue to recommend him to anyone who asks. Specifically though, I would recommend Peter to athletes. I have seen a world of difference in my performance as a swimmer." - Amanda Brennen, Swimmer, Bridgewater State University (MA)
"12-months ago I joined the program with the singular goal of losing weight. I had used dietitians and nutritionists before with no success. Peter, however, was different. Instead of solely focusing on diet or exercise, Peter helped me gain a more holistic understanding of how I could improve my lifestyle: from dealing with stress at school, improving my quantity and quality of sleep, and ensuring that I adopted a lifestyle that would make me happy. During our sessions Peter would sit down with me and discuss my progress, concerns, and questions. Our conversations spanned from mental, emotional, and physical well being to nutritional guidance. At the end of the sessions we would craft tangible and realistic recommendations to accomplish. Peter was always available to text and call in between sessions with questions or guidance. Since beginning the program 12-months ago I have lost over 60 pounds. Nevertheless, through what I have lost, I have grown into an independent young adult. My self-confidence has skyrocketed. From learning how to cook my own meals, identifying healthy foods in grocery stores, and embracing a consistent exercise regimen, Peter's mentorship has given me the skills necessary to maintain a healthful lifestyle in college." - Confidential Client, HS & College football player, Bergen County NJ
"Before I met Peter, I was a very nervous and stressed out swimmer who couldn’t find a way to express how I truly felt about the sport. There was a disconnect, a stressor, an unknown factor that prevented me from truly loving the sport of swimming and pursuing my dream of being a karate/martial arts master. Then I met Peter – he introduced me to the world of meditation and talking without suppressing my true thoughts and emotions. He enabled me to fully express myself which helped me realize what I feel my purpose is in life, a dream (that without him) I would’ve never realized. That dream is to one day combine my love for both martial arts and artistry into open my own dojo one day. The problem was my over reliance on external pressure that mentally stunned my performance in swimming and life. While I still am working to diminish that pressure in swim meets, I’ve learned an array of ways to handle it. I now go into my swim meets with the mindset to have fun and love what I am doing rather than mentally pressuring myself to win. When you talk to Peter, he will help and assist you in any of your problems in a manner that conveys respect and gratitude for you as a person. Every session I’ve had with him felt therapeutic, like I was talking with a friend. The best part? While he is the professional who will suggest and assist you in terms of being the best person that you can be, it is all you that does the work which helps you feel accomplished! Thank you Peter – for being my coach, for being that helping hand, and for being my friend." - Richie Limbacher, Swimmer & Martial Artist, Paramus NJ
